Community Nurses

The Community Nursing Service works closely with patients who require skilled nursing care within the home setting.  We provide support, advice and nursing interventions to patients with a wide range of illnesses.  Patients may be referred to the service via their GP, other health professionals, school services or themselves.  Community Nurses can be contacted by telephoning the surgery and leaving a message with the receptionist.
